The Valor Voice provides a resource for those who are driven by a call to service, for those who serve others in their times of greatest needs. People who answer a call to service are selfless in personality and driven to focus on others above all else, which can sometimes lead to a neglect for their own well-being. The Valor Voice is designed to provide a forum for those that serve. We will explore how a dedication to service can impact our own health and well-being, and discuss ways we can focus on reconciling our desire to serve with taking care of our own needs.
